That path somehow led me to Sama Yoga, and I am so grateful for finding this beautiful practice and way of life. Through the Sama Yoga, I have been able to shed many fears and open up my heart, as well as hips and shoulders ;-), and I truly want to share what has blessed me. My love for the ocean, yoga, playfulness and personal development has manifested as Surf- and Yoga weeks in Portugal, and you are more than welcome to join the magic. When I am not in Portugal, I am based in Malmö, and will be sharing classes whenver I am there.
