Esther N. Moszeik More info: Webpage: www.yoganidra-muenchen.de Esther loves to share the joy and power of yoga in her Sama Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes. She started practicing Yoga in 1999, travelled to Satyananda Yoga Ashram in Australia where she got her first Mantra initiation and fell in love with Yoga Nidra. After some diving in Jivamukti Yoga, Ashtanga parties and other great teachings she became a certified Yoga Nidra and children’s yoga teacher. In 2016 Esther completed the amazing 200hrs Sama Yoga TT in Sweden and Bali with an additional focus on Ayurveda. She has so much gratitude for the blessings of the Yoga in her life and loves to motivate and relax her students with a good amount of humour. Special thanks go to Sky & his team for the great depths of Yoga teaching! Esther lives and offers classes in Nussdorf (Germany) close to the austrian border and also gives regular workshops in her former hometown Munich. Besides the Yoga she works as a researcher in the field of Psychology to learn more about the profound effects of meditation.
