Finally I am home, with Sama Yoga. I did teacher trainings with ‘Friskis och Svettis’ and Sama Yoga Teacher Trainer for 9 months. I am educated Health Pedagagics and have been working with Company Health maintenance for employees for 8 years. Since 2012 I have my own company in Health business.
