At that time she was 18 year old and an overachiver experiencing a lot of stress in her life. Yoga helped her to lower her stress but most important it healed her self esteem by letting her experience the acceptance and love that lays with in yoga. The interesst in yoga, the yogic lifestyle and philosphy brougt her to a four month long journey to India after high school. Back from India she began to give classes since she feelt a strong urge to share with others what yoga had given to her. She became a Samayogatecher in 2009. The same year she began her university education in cognitive neurosciense and positive psychology. She was fasinated by the fact that the findings from modern scince about wellbeing, human growth and optimal functioning coincided whith the wisdoms of Vedanta, yoga and meditation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
