Welcome for a one-day Yoga retreat with Sky in the beautiful “Under the Banyantree” Sama yoga shala. Located in nature, yet central and close to restaurants.
Schedule
- 6.30-9 Yoga & Pranayama
- 9-9.45 Smoothie & snacks (included)
- 9.45-10.45 Puja & Meditation – Healing relationships, with oneself and others
- 10.45-3pm Brunch & rest time
- 3-4pm talk – “What the ancients say and the modern way”
- 4-6pm Yoga class
- 6pm dinner break
- 8pm golden milk and foot massage – with guidance in ayurvedic pressure points
Price: 600k Rs. Please pay in advance to reserve your spot.
For brunch and dinner we go together to a nearby restaurant. The cost for this is not included
