2 Sunny Sama Yoga retreats by the sea in Crete

Yoga Rocks in Crete is a place we love to return to every year. It’s a place where it’s easy to feel on holiday – a remote and beautiful location, far from distractions. A big blue sky above and a big blue sea below. It’s enough to just have 2 yoga classes per day, swim in the gorgeous ocean and relax in a hammock.  Sky returns for the twelfth year, quite happily he must admit! Nice meeting point for some social interactions and lots of space for alone time as needed. He teaches Outdoor Morning classes on the deck with a view of the ocean. Afternoons move into deeper stretches and holding for longer as the body is well warmed up by this time. Evenings are available to learn mantras, talks on yoga philosophy and some playfulness too.

Arrival any time during the Saturday, first class is Sunday morning.
