We have designed this retreat with you in mind. You who wants to take rest amidst nature, deepen your yoga practice and have plenty of time for being, sensing the sun on your skin, taking dips in the lake, enjoying the evening sauna and time connecting to others. Sanna and Sky are known for being sweet and welcoming with integrity and depth. They wish for you to find comfort and inspiration, deepened wellbeing and have a great yogic holiday to remember.

If you’ve never taken a Sama Yoga class or retreat with Sky, then this will be a welcome gift.
“He sensed my needs and delivered just what i wanted” is a common feeling among Sky’s students. Samayoga is a wonderful middle way and closest to Hatha yoga flow style, that offers clear guidance through all aspects of yoga and each session is tailored to meet the students where they are at. Some classes will be primarily focused on relaxation poses with special guidance on how to feel and release holding patterns. Other classes will be more invigorating and challenging, but with Sky’s help it can be highly enjoyable, flow easily and very accessible to all levels of experience.
