Make the moments in your life meaningful. We often forget to appreciate what is given and then take care of it with reverence and love. These days we will be very kind to ourselves, giving a full yoga treatment twice daily. In Sama Yoga, the whole person is appreciated, mind and body are honoured in every pose. Even in one session seeing how yoga can relax and restore one to a comfortable balance. Sky will also give daily teachings about yoga philosophy and yoga lifestyle on how to take care of our beautiful mind, family and home.
We will enjoy the warmth of the Atlantic “Costa de la Luz” (Coast of the Light), with some of the most beautiful, unspoiled beaches of Spain…miles of fine white sand, crystal clear waters and views across to Morocco.

In the southern part of the province of Cadiz, South Spain, the beaches and the light are beyond comparison. Bolonia, an old fisherman village, is probably unique in the coast of South Spain, due to its lack of development and its unspolited light blue sea beaches. Spanish people love to keep this secret to themselves, so, except for August, the number of tourists is low.
The center is situated in the land-maritime Natural Park of the Strait, bathed in the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. A hidden treasure of long, lonely beaches, cliffs, underwater caves, dunes, with memories of ancient civilizations and many trails to discover.
The retreat will be held on a cozy farm with comfortable rooms and houses with private bathrooms, built with bioconstruction materials. It is located 2 hours from the airports Malaga (an easy destination from most European capitals) and 1 hour 20 min from the Gibraltar and Jerez airports.
There are many outdoor spaces to enjoy, a dining area/solarium, swimming pool and a common lounge with fireplace.
From the farm, we will enjoy daily excursions to the quieter beaches and amazing treekings with views to the Northen cost of Africa.
The food is first class, delicious, ecological, local and seasonal, grown largely at the farm. The chef has more than 25 years of experience in conscious vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
All excursions and transport during the trips are included.
Early bird discount valid for the 10 first registrations until August 1, 2019.
Before 1st August: €790
After 1st August: €890
To secure your retreat booking, a €250 deposit is required. Full payment is due before September 15, 2019.

A few double rooms will be reserved for individual use. Supplement: €180
