Sama Yoga Teacher Training 2023 – Part 1

It is with great joy we’re announcing Sama Yoga Teacher Training for 2023!
New for this round is that all three steps will be in Sweden. We will have 28 all-inclusive retreat days, and in addition to that, four live online sessions between the steps. You will also get access to a library of pre recorded classes with Sky.

Shambala Gatherings “Borntorpet”, in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden. It’s a fantastic place to do trainings, in the serene forest, with a lake at the doorstep. You can focus completely on the course as the Shambala staff takes care of everything from food and cleaning to lighting the fire in the sauna at night. We’ve been returning to Shambala for over a decade and it feels like a second home.

You apply to the course by sending us a personal letter, where you write about your yoga experience why you want to do the course. Write in English if possible.
To secure your registration we ask for a 5000kr non refundable deposit.

The price includes 270 hrs teacher led hours – 28 all-inclusive retreat days, live online sessions, course material, access to a library of recorded classes with Sky and support during the course’s 9 months, and a new heartfelt community of yoga friends for the rest of your life.
Many other trainings offer only 200 hrs and fewer days for a similar course fee.
