It’s easy to forget, we get swept up in the waves of life, identify with a smaller I and struggle until we die. I’m serious here, I see it happening. We need to be reminded, setting the knowledge deeper and keep up with our healthy routines, that inspire and guide us out of fears and suffering etc..
Welcome to join in, live or on-line from Shambala. Online means that we will meet on Zoom, the videos will be recorded also and you will have access to them for 10 days. Live means we get to see more of each other and bathe in human warmth and cold lake after a sauna. Also we get to meet other Sama Yogis and friends who’ve done the journey and know the way. We hope you can make it.
