Sky Akasha Tobias is an inspiring and a wonderful yoga teacher who include everyone to move from the mat from his/her conditions. He teaches from the heart and the moment with and from what the group needs. A class with Sky is experienced by many as inviting you to meet yourself from the heart in both calmness and power and after Samayoga you are softer both in body and heart.

Sky leads yoga intuitively in English and with a twinkle in the eye. For 30 years, Sky has lived with Yoga, constantly maintaining his own yoga practice, living with Yoga both on and off the carpet, exploring the inner journey to understand the whole. During Sky’s own yoga journey, he has explored different yoga styles he encountered along the way- pace, slowness, athletic, stillness and finally he landed in Samayoga, a style that is free from extremes with balanced focus on all aspects of life. Sky shares this from the carpet and that’s how he lives his life.

In Samayoga you will find movements that include Qigong, Hatha Yoga, Aurvedic wisdom and the wisdom of Vedanta. These ingredients open up the flow on all levels. As the founder of Sama Yoga, Sky is a internationally recognized yoga teacher, holds Yoga teacher training with his wife Sanna and holding courses in Sweden and Bali. He also holds daily classes, workshops and retreats in Bali and in Sweden as well as via zoom but also in others parts of the world.

Sanna Akasha Tobias found yoga and meditation at the age of 16. Her interest developed to touch all parts of yoga, Advaita Vedanta (self-knowledge, what gives meaning and joy), Sanskrit, traditional chanting and ceremonies as well as yoga shastra (yoga as a lifestyle linked to lifestyle with dedication to growing).

Sanna has for many years studied Yogic / Vedic wisdom and lives with and has daily classes with her teachers Swamijii and Rahda. Sanna as part of the year live in Bali teaches there and also travels around festivals in Sweden and participates and runs Samayoga educations with her husband Sky in Sweden and in Bali. She lives as she teaches and her passion for Vedanta, her openness and honesty shines through and enthuse those who listen to her. Sanna lives her own life with her family and all that an everyday life means and uses the tools, insights and knowledge that have been important in her life to heal, develop and continue the journey to freedom-Moksha

Subjects that Sanna touches on when she teaches are:
-Trust, seen from a yogic / vedantic perspective, integrated with psychology -Heal the inner child and our subconscious
-Yogical wisdom about relationships with others
-Yogical / Universal values – crucial for finding inner peace

After our class with Sky, Sanna will share insights and tools with me which has been important in life for healing, development and the journey towards Moksha – freedom.
