Welcome to a wonderful yoga class at Hellasgården with Sky.
You’ll be at the beautiful location of Hellasgården in Nacka, surrounded by wonderful nature.
Sky will will take you into the sweetness of Sama yoga heart through gentle and intuitive yoga and meditative practices.
There will a be a 2 hour class in the morning and a 2 hour class in the afternoon, and if you choose, you can buy lunch at the cafeteria.
A delightful way of spending your weekend through yoga.
