Yogaclass & Talk with Sky in Gothenburg (Mölnlycke)

250 SEK – 400 SEKSky will give a 2hr yogaclass as well as a talk each day about how to bring Yoga deeper into your life.
Where: Hulebäcksgymnasiet, Idrottsvägen 2, 435 35 Mölnlycke (Stora Danssalen)
(15 min with bus from Korsvägen, Gothenburg or 30 mins by bus from the central station. 10 mins by car)
We meet by the main entrance at 17.00 and go together to the dance-hall inside. Since it is Sunday the doors will be locked so if you’re running late make sure to sms Sanna at 0708-704859

Bring: There are many mats to use, but all are not the regular kind of yoga mat and there may not be enough for everyone. If you can easily bring your mat please do, otherwise we give you!
Please bring a blanket/sjal for the relaxation, and a pillow to sit on if you prefer that just the mat.
