Please check her current teaching-schedule and group-travels at her homepage ananyayoga.se. Sometimes you’ll find Anna with dirt under the nails, since on the side of choosing the yoga-lifestyle she´s also a passionate organic gardener. Anna grew up on the countryside of Västergötland in a small town. She longed to travel far away and found yoga and meditation in India 2001. The one she is today and how she shares yoga is formed by exploring different forms of yoga and meditation, longer travels in Asia and South America, many years of working with humans in different ways, and a deep value for ecology and love of nature. Since 2006 Anna continually studies yoga and vedanta within the Sama Yoga tradition with Sky Akasha, Swami Vagishananda and Radha. In 2011 she became a part of the team co-creating the Sama Yoga Teacher Training program running in Sweden/Bali. Spring and autumn she teaches Sama yoga on a weekly basis in cosy locations in Järna, 50 km south of Stockholm. She also teaches private classes for small groups of aspberger/autism/adhd – diagnosed people.  Anna teaches soft and heart-felt, always with the students in focus. In January she brings yoga groups to Bali – both to go deep with yoga, and to experience the beutiful culture and scenery of Bali. In the autumn she also guides a yoga group to a white sand beach Island in Croatia. Anna is a certified yoga teacher within the Sama Yoga tradition (280h). In the past she has studied yoga with several teachers from different traditions (among them  120 h Iyengar yoga and 210 h of Sivananda Yoga) and has a buddhist-meditation background. She’s under education to become a cranio-sacral therapeut.
