Josefin completed her Sama Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. She is located in Gothenburg Sweden, but she might occasionally be teaching in other places.
Josefin loves being outdoors and when possible she holds classes in yoga and meditation in nature. Yoga and meditation is an important part of her life and she feels grateful for the opportunity to share the Sama Yoga teachings with others.
