Sama Yoga teachers have the freedom to teach in their own unique, personal way, therefore the classes may look quite different, and be mixed with other styles of yoga. What is common for all Sama Yoga teachers is that we teach from our heart, emphasizing self-acceptance and inspiring the students to honour their own mind and body where they are at today.
