You are acceptable, lovable, perfect the way you are, whether you can do that advanced asana or not, whether you are flexible or stiff, weak or strong.
That’s the message we want to give as a Sama Yoga teacher. An important part of the teacher training is to find self love, self acceptance and kindness towards ourselves. Accepting yourself fully, every aspect of you. Because the truth is you ARE perfect the way you are, right here right now! From the relaxation that comes with that acceptance we choose to do asanas, or we can choose not to. Either way is perfectly fine.
There’s nothing you need to do to become ok, you’re already better than the best, just because you’re you! Ah, what a relief! With that in my heart it’s easy to relax and enjoy life.
