We will explore this question “is there happiness in discipline?” As well, we will discover and take with us some simple and enjoyable practices that greatly support our health and well-being.
This weekend will give us a reset and rejuvenation, inspiring our vision of wholeness and connection.

STAY IN RÖSTÅNGA OVERNIGHT – RETREAT STYLE WEEKEND
You are warmly invited to turn this workshop into a retreat-style weekend by staying at Villa Söderåsen B&B.
The beautiful villa is owned and hosted by SamaYoga teacher Åsa and offers a warm, cozy and welcoming atmosphere – fireplaces, peaceful common areas and a delicious homemade breakfast.
The shala is located only a 1-minute walk from the house.
As a B&B guest you can enjoy:
– Access to the guest kitchen for preparing meals
– Resting in your room or common spaces between classes
– Extended use of common areas until 4PM on Sunday (normal check out time is 11AM)

The shala opens 15 minutes before class and closes 15 minutes after.

16:30-19:00 Deeply relaxing, grounding Sama Yoga class
Saturday April 18th
9:30-12:00: Morning sadhana including Sama Yoga, Meditation and Puja followed by a class:
“A healthy start, lots of breathing, opening up the body with the genius of Yoga and Qi Gong, kindly stretching out the back and limbs and centering the mind with mantra meditation.
12: Lunch break
15:00-16:30 Outdoor Class:Forest Philosophy
Exploring the topic of healthy disciplines and how to bring some easily into one’s life. We will be in the forest for the talk and some breathing, then to the lake to discover how to have a relaxing cold dip!
16:45-19:00 Afternoon Yoga workshop:
“Bring the Yoga Home.”
Yoga warm-up and some lovely full stretch sequences. Continuing the theme of exploring happiness in discipline. Creating a few short routines that we can do easily at home or anywhere. Plus more easy healthy habits that help us in our daily life. Bring your pen to take notes!
Sunday April 19th
9:00-11:30: Morning sadhana including Meditation and Puja followed by a class: Enjoy some classical Sama Yoga flows, mantras and mudras. This class will help us integrate the yoga, strengthen our connection to our motivation and set us up well for a healthy life.
11:30-13:30 Goodbye circle: integration, reflections and sharing
After class you are all welcome to bring your lunch and share some precious time together at Villa Söderåsen and eat together before going home
16:00: Check out from Villa Söderåsen for you who choose to book the retreat style weekend (check-out from bed rooms at 11 AM, from kitchen & common areas at 4 PM)
