This classic Sama Yoga class is a wonderful combination of yoga with Sky mixed with live music by our dear friend Satyadev. Many of the poses are offered alongside mantras, giving you the opportunity to chant along - this allows you to feel the healing vibrations and how they enhance the practice. The class was filmed on the last day of the Sama Yoga Teacher Training some years back, and was initially meant to be a gift for the students only. Now we would also love to share it with you too!
