Guided in a way that let’s you get completely absorbed; Warming up the spine, opening the hips, then standing balancing postures like Vrkshasana (tree pose) and Ardha Chandrasana (half moon pose). Followed by a stretch, Shavasana relaxation and a short Meditation.
