Maintaining Summer Inside Workshop, with Sky

Summer may be over but the warm, playful and light feeling can remain with you. This workshop aims to bring a fresh perspective to yoga practice to learn and go deeply through some of the special Sama Yoga Sequences. There’s some simple and creative ways to tune the poses into fun, heart opening, appreciative, graceful explorations. Bring a notepad, you may like to keep these simple sequences for Winter.
We’ll also talk about desire and how proper attitude and management can relieve the burden of desires, leaving you as light as a feather on an elephants back.
