Sama Yoga Teacher Training 2024!
New for this round is that all three steps will be in Sweden.
We will have 28 all-inclusive retreat days, and in addition to that, four live online sessions between the steps. You will also get access to a library of pre recorded classes with Sky.
About the Sama Yoga Teacher Training:
A program that shares with You the pearls of the yoga teachings.
All practices and disciplines that give a life of Samatvam: Balance and Harmony in and through life. Where there is less resistance, less intensity & frequency of any reaction and sooner recovery from reaction. Where there is joy and ease, health, playfulness and wisdom. Finding a heart and mind that is calm and collected, yet warm and loving.
In Sama Yoga TT, we combine physical practices like:
A hybrid form of hathayoga, qi gong, ayurvedic wisdom, philosophy & vedanta, yoga in modern life, chanting, mantras, sanskrit, psychology, ceremonies & pujas, and more. A beautiful ground set to support you through your emotional growth, exploring your own history and psychology to become a full and whole bloomed individual again.

Where: We will stay at Villa Söderåsen, Röstånga, south Sweden, the village where Sky and Sanna now live. The venue is like a fairy tale place next to a National park. A few min walk into the forest there’s a fresh spring water lake, all surrounded by ravines and majestic trees. It’s so beautiful.
The yoga classes will be in Röstångagården, 7 min walk through the village to the street where we live!
It’s 1hr drive from Copenhagen airport. There’s a train from inside the airport, change to bus and it takes you all the way to the venue.
The Teacher Training takes place on the following dates, with online meet ups in between.
STEP 1 – 25 October – 3 November 2024
STEP 2 – 27 January – 2 February 2025
STEP 3 – 11-20 Abril 2025
