As I’m writing this I feel in awe that there actually are so many who’ve been through the Sama Yoga TTC. I would like us all to feel a support in the Sama Yoga community, to feel that this is a family that’s here when we need each other. Because at these times we really do need each other! There are way over 200 yogis who have completed the Sama Yoga TTC, so many hearts shining bright, choosing to use the yoga as a way to grow and live in more harmony and balance, choosing self acceptance and self love, also through challenges. Remember? We do need reminders, at least I do.
So here’s a chance to get together and soak in all that Sama Yoga gives and represents.
When: March 14-17th
Where: We will stay at Villa Söderåsen, Röstånga, south Sweden, the village where Sky and I now live. The venue is like a fairy tale place next to a National park. A few min walk into the forest there’s a fresh spring water lake, all surrounded by ravines and majestic trees. It’s so beautiful.
The yoga classes will be in Röstångagården, 7 min walk through the village to the street where we live!
It’s 1hr drive from Copenhagen airport. There’s a train from inside the airport, change to bus and it takes you all the way to the venue.
