Sky will teach Sama Yoga at Ängsbacka Yoga festival 2021:
Sama Yoga means the practices and disciplines that help one lead a balanced life. The physical form is influenced by classical Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Qi Gong and Yin Yoga. Chanting mantras, meditation and pranayama are part of most classes.
