One-day-Yoga & Gardening-Retreat (Free)

We have a big, partly wild garden and so much inspiration for what we’d like to do, more than we have time for. So we invite you for a one day retreat at our place where we Yoga together, Garden together and eat & have fun together!
SCHEDULE
The day will look something like this:
10-12 Yoga with Sky
12-14 Lunch
14-17.30 Work together in the Garden & snack
Then we’re feeling good in the body and the mind is ready for a meditation.
18.30ish Finish, or we can order food or make some dinner together for those who want to stay.

We provide lunch and snack, please bring yoga mat
If you want to stay overnight we have a few extra beds (first book first serve, send me a PM, please bring sheets & towel if you can), or you can tent in the garden (we have 2 tents for loan). There is also a fantastic B&B run by Sama Yoga teacher Åsa Mullaert only 5min walk from us. It’s well worth a stay, or just go for Breakfast! https://www.villasoderasen.com/
The surroundings are beautiful to explore, with Söderåsen nationalpark and Jällabjär volcano & Nature reserve right here in Röstånga. We can make something together for dinner/breakfast or go to one of the local restaurants.
We have a good ICA 5 min walk away, if you need anything.

Please park at the parking lot of Röstångagården and walk over the small bridge to the big red building (Röstångagården, Humlegatan 5). This is where the yoga will start at 10am.

There are buses with Skånetrafiken going to Röstånga Busstation. from there it’s 5min walk.

– If possible, some gardening things like gloves/shovel/spade
– Water bottle
– towel if you want to sauna (hopefully we will have a sauna available)
