Sama Yogaclass with Sky in Stockholm

Talk and Yoga class with Sky at LittlePeace Yogastudio in Solna, Stockholm on May 12th at 6.00-9.00pm.
Sky will give a talk about the love and benefits that Yoga can give. One of the greatest gifts of yoga is the awakening of the inner voice of ‘Gentle Authority’ that knows what to do, what not to do and how to live wisely in this world of choices.
Followed by a classical Samayoga class inspiring the effortless flow, graceful movements leading into stillness, moments to bathe in sensation, and mantras to sweeten the whole thing.
