A safe journey into the Hips, with Sky.
Guided lovingly and with much experience of the terrain, we will see how to unwind tensions and patterns in the whole Pelvic area, including the lower back. Using breath and movement, special Asanas, mantras and inspired words to unlock the passion, beauty, stability and comfort just waiting to be discovered.
