Sama Yogaclass with Sky in Stockholm

Sunday afternoon Samayoga class with Sky at LittlePeace Yogastudio in Solna, Stockholm on May 14th at 1.00-3.00pm.. Getting in touch with the deeper strength of the Abdominals that protect the back, give grounding, and assist in making movements more graceful and easy. Followed by some super supine (on the back) sequences, taking a more reclined approach, with restorative and relaxing effects. Overall, feeling nicely tuned up and ready for the coming week.
